INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup (113.5 g) unsalted butter room temperature
  • ⅔ cup + 1 tablespoon (145 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Put the flour through a heat treatment in the microwave or the oven, and then allow it to cool down.

 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a small or medium-sized pan, measure out the flour, and bake it for six to ten minutes, or until it reaches a temperature of 160 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Mix the flour, salt, and cinnamon into the wet ingredients after sifting the flour into the mixture and stirring it in.
