INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup (113.5 g) unsalted butter room temperature
  • â…” cup + 1 tablespoon (145 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
