- After bringing the water to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to simmer the potatoes for approximately ten to fifteen minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a fork.
- Prepare the dressing while the potatoes are cooking in the pressure cooker. Olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped basil, and chopped chives should be mixed together in a small bowl using a whisk.
