Apple cinnamon bread that is gluten-free and sweetened with coconut sugar, and it is deliciously moist and fluffy.




Apple Cinnamon Mixture:

  • ½ cup coconut sugar*
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 granny smith apple peeled, cored, and finely chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • pinch salt

For the Gluten Free Bread:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar**
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  •  cups gluten-free flour blend
  •  tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt

  • Prepare your oven by preheating it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. A loaf pan measuring 9 inches by 5 inches should be lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking oil.
  • Put all of the ingredients for the apple cinnamon mixture into a small bowl meant for mixing or mixing.


  • Combine thoroughly, then set aside.The butter, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract should be creamed together in a mixing bowl or a stand mixer to create the wet mixture.
