Ingredients

  • 1 cup bananas 1 to 2 ripe mashed bananas
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cherries chopped or halved – if using frozen, thaw first and pat dry with paper towel
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • The oven should be preheated to 325 degrees. Bananas should be peeled and mashed.
